- 2 chicken carcasses
- 1 carrot, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
Инструкции
- Put all the above ingredients in a stock pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, skimming off the scum and fat. Reduce heat to simmer for 2 hrs. Strain. Good for soup and stir fry recipes.
