Ингредиенты

2 chicken carcasses 1 carrot, minced 1 onion, minced 2 stalks celery

2 cloves garlic 1 bay leaf 1 teaspoon black peppercorns

Инструкции

1. Put all the above ingredients in a stock pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, skimming off the scum and fat. Reduce heat to simmer for 2 hrs. Strain. Good for soup and stir fry recipes.
