- 3 c. chicken broth/stock
- 1 (1 pound) can peas and carrots, liquid removed
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour

- Put together above ingredients and place in a 9x12 inch pan. Pour crust over chicken mix.
- Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken mix. Don't stir. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour or possibly till crust rises and browns.
