- 1 (6 ounce.) box Uncle Bens long grain & wild rice (original recipe)
- 3 c. cubed cooked turkey or possibly chicken
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 (2 ounce.) jar pimentos
- 1 (8 ounce.) can sliced water chestnuts, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can French style green beans, liquid removed
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Paprika
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Инструкции
- Cook rice as directed on box. Drain water chestnuts and green beans. Add in all ingredients to rice except paprika and cheese. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased 3 or possibly 4 qt casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 min.
