Ингредиенты
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1 jar Green Giant mushrooms, large
- 2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. cooking wine
- 2 (12 ounce.) jars Heinz Homestyle chicken gravy
- 4 teaspoon parsley
- 4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 sm. onion, sliced
- 2 c. rice, uncooked
- 1 green pepper, cut in rings

- Place chicken in lightly oil pan with onions and cooking wine. Sprinkle poultry seasoning on each piece. Bake 15 min at 375 degrees. Heat butter, mixing 1/4 jar or possibly mushrooms with 1/2 juice. Pour over chicken. Bake 10 min. Add in parsley and oregano sparingly over chicken pcs. Bake additional 10 min.
- Pour remainder of mushroom with juice over chicken. Bake 20 min. Prepare rice (cooked). Take cover off chicken, pour 1 jar chicken gravy over chicken. Place back in oven. Cook 5 min uncovered. Pour rice over top of chicken and spread proportionately. Take 2nd jar of gravy, pour over rice. Garnish with raw green pepper rings. Bake 15 min.
