Ingredients: 2 lb boneless chicken breasts; 6 c. water; 2 c. onions, diced; 5 x cubes beef bouillon; 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped; 1 tsp oregano; 1/2 tsp cumin; 14 ounce mild diced green chilies; 6 med potatoes, minced

Ингредиенты

2 lb boneless chicken breasts
6 c. water
2 c. onions, diced
5 x cubes beef bouillon
1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
14 ounce mild diced green chilies
6 med potatoes, minced

Инструкции

Cook chicken in water, cold and chop. Add in other ingredients except potatoes. Simmer 2 hrs. Add in potatoes and cook till they are tender.
Great with home-made flour tortillas or possibly bread.
