- 1 (3 lb.) chicken, cooked and boned
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
- 1 med. minced onion
- 1 (6.3 ounce.) pkg Doritos
- 2 c. grated cheese or possibly 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup

- Mix all ingredients, except chicken, Doritos and cheese. In a casserole dish put layer of Doritos, layer of chicken and soup mix, top with cheese. Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees.
