- 1 whole chicken, cooked and cut up
- 3 pcs of green onion
- 1/2 pound red grapes
- 1/2 can cashews
- 2 stalks celery, cut up sm.
- Mayonnaise (sufficient to mix salad well)
Инструкции
- Boil chicken till done. Cut up chicken in bowl (in pcs). Cut up green onion and add in to chicken. Cut up celery (small) and put in bowl. Add in sufficient mayonnaise till well moistened. Add in red grapes. Add in cashew nuts. Look to see if salad is not mixed sufficient. If not, add in more mayonnaise till well mixed. Refrigeratefor 2 hrs or possibly so before serving.
