- 2 whl chicken breasts without skin boned
- 1 sm onion minced fine
- 1 x clove garlic minced
- 1/2 lb mushroom sliced
- 1/3 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c. white wine pepper
- 1 pch salt
- 1 tsp rosemary dry
- 1 tsp butter unsalted
Инструкции
- Brown chicken breasts in a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray, about 3 min per side. Remove chicken from pan.
- Add in onion, garlic, and mushrooms, and saute/fry till onion is translucent/soft.
- Add in vinegar, wine, pepper, salt, and rosemary.
- Bring mix to simmer, add in chicken, cover, and simmer till chicken is cooked - about 20 min.
- Remove chicken and reduce sauce over high heat to about 1/2 c..
- Remove sauce from heat and whisk in butter. Pour over chicken.
- I like to use more mushrooms and use them as a topping for a baked potato.
