- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken ((boneless, skinless)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Bleu cheese, crumbled

%20and%20a%20cooked%20rotisserie%20chicken%20make%20this%20a%20cinch%20to%20put%20together...and%20while%20the%20sauce%20is%20my%20favorite%20part%20(because%20when%20the%20butter%20is%20mixed%20with%20the%20RedHot%20Wing's%20sauce%20and%20the%20other%20ingredients,%20it%20turns%20into%20a%20most%20tantalizing%20elixir)%20-%20the%20Bleu%20cheese%20is%20what%20sends%20this%20pizza%20into%20the%20stratosphere%20of%20pizzas!%20%20Not%20even%20kidding...Bleu%20cheese%20crumbled%20on%20top%20with%20mozzarella...serious%20pizza%20freaks%20will%20be%20all%20over%20this!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EShut%20the%20front%20door,%20slap%20yer%20momma,%20kiss%20the%20baby's%20bottom%20and%20give%20me%20one%20long%20and%20loud%20Hallelujah%20because%20just%20looking%20at%20that%20picture%20is%20enough%20to%20make%20me%20a%20bit%20verklempt!%20%20And%20once%20you%20sink%20your%20teeth%20into%20this%20off-the-wall-pizza%20you%20will%20be,%20too!%20%20Honestly,%20this%20pizza%20is%20going%20to%20be%20my%20downfall/Kryptonite!!%20%20It%20is%20so%20dang%20good.%20%20Yes,%20dang%20good,%20as%20in%20FIVE%20dangs%20on%20the%20ol'%20Meter!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemember%20I%20said%20easy???%20%20This%20pizza%20can%20be%20hot%20from%20the%20oven%20and%20into%20your%20mouth%20in%20just%20about%2030%20minutes.%20%20No%20lie,%20stick%20a%20needle%20in%20my%20eye!%20%20If%20this%20were%20a%20normal,%20run-of-the-mill%20pizza,%20I%20would%20make%20my%20own%20dough%20but%20because%20I%20can't%20stand%20the%20wait,%20I%20buy%20the%20dough.%20%20I%20buy%20the%20chicken%20already%20cooked.%20%20I%20race%20home,%20whip%20up%20the%20sauce,%20sprinkle%20everything%20on%20top%20and%20then%20pace%20in%20front%20of%20the%20oven%20like%20a%20caged%20animal.%20%20I%20have%20no%20shame.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EChicken%20BBQ%20Pizza%20-%20Adapted%20from%20Joni%20Flaker%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(Joni%20made%20this%20pizza%20for%20me%20a%20year%20ago%20-%20and%20at%20the%20time%20I%20thought%20it%20was%20about%20the%20best%20thing%20I'd%20ever%20tasted.%20%20Joni%20is%20one%20of%20those%20cooks%20who%20just%20makes%20things%20up%20as%20she%20goes%20along...when%20I%20asked%20her%20how%20much%20onion%20powder%20she%20said,%20%22Just%20whatever.%22%20%20When%20I%20asked%20her%20how%20much%20of%20the%20bottled%20sauce%20to%20use%20she%20held%20up%20her%20hands%20and%20said,%20%22This%20much!%22%20%20So%20I%20made%20this%20pizza%20over%20and%20over%20and%20as%20I%20went%20I%20took%20notes%20and%20while%20my%20pizza%20is%20not%20exactly%20the%20same%20as%20hers,%20it's%20pretty%20darn%20close!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20package%20purchased%20pizza%20dough%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20425%20degrees.%20%20Roll%20pizza%20dough%20out%20onto%20a%20rimmed%20baking%20sheet,%20making%20about%20a%2010%20or%2011-inch%20circle.%20%20Set%20aside.%20%20In%20a%20medium%20bowl%20combine%20the%20Wing's%20Sauce,%20brown%20sugar,%20melted%20butter,%20ketchup,%20onion%20powder%20and%20garlic%20and%20mix%20well.%20%20Add%20cooked%20chicken%20to%20sauce%20and%20stir%20to%20coat%20chicken.%20%20Spoon%20sauce%20and%20chicken%20over%20pizza%20dough.%20%20Sprinkle%20mozzarella%20and%20Bleu%20cheese%20over%20pizza.%20%20Bake%20at%20425%20degrees%20for%2018%20to%2025%20minutes%20or%20until%20crust%20is%20a%20golden%20brown%20and%20cheese%20is%20bubbly.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
