- 1 (6 ounce.) box chicken flavored stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. each minced carrot, celery, onion
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 6 skinless chicken breasts

- Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on box adding vegetables. In 2 or possibly 3 qt baking dish arrange stuffing across center. Spoon a little soup mix in casserole on each side of stuffing, arrange chicken over soup, sprinkle with paprika. Pour rest of soup mix over chicken. Cover with foil, bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Uncover and cook 15 min more or possibly till done.
