Ingredients: 1 can whole kernel corn, (17 ounce.) liquid removed; 2 c. cooked chicken, cut-up; 1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced; 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, (10 3/4 ounce.); 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp grnd cumin; 1 can minced green chilies, (4 ounce.) undrained; 1 jar diced pimento, (2 ounce.) undrained; 1 c. tortilla chips or possibly potato chips, coarsely crushed

Ингредиенты

1 can whole kernel corn, (17 ounce.) liquid removed
2 c. cooked chicken, cut-up
1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, (10 3/4 ounce.)
1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp grnd cumin
1 can minced green chilies, (4 ounce.) undrained
1 jar diced pimento, (2 ounce.) undrained
1 c. tortilla chips or possibly potato chips, coarsely crushed

Инструкции

Place corn in ungreased 2-qt casserole or possibly square 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Top with chicken and olives. Mix remaining ingredients except tortilla chips; spread over chicken mix. Sprinkle with chips. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven till warm, about 45 min.
