- 1 spring chicken cut in serving sizes
- 1/2 c. soy sauce (low salt)
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 head fresh garlic
- 8 to 10 pepper corn
- 1 sm. bay leaf
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt according to taste
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon monosodium glutamate (Accent)
- 1/3 c. sherry, optional
Инструкции
- Mix all ingredients by hand in a pot. Marinate for about 5 min. Boil slowly and covered till meat is almost cooked. Don't stir. Remove cover. Stir and continue boiling till meat is tender. Serve warm with rice.
