Ингредиенты
- 1 kilo whole chicken, deboned except for wings (cut into 4 portions)
- Marinade:
- Juice of 1/2 dayap or lemon
- 1 tbsp seasoned pepper
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 4 tbsp butter 4 tbsp minced garlic
Инструкции
- Marinate chicken in ref overnight
- Heat hot plates on 1 burner each.
- Put 1 tbsp butter on each plate
- Add 1 tbsp minced garlic on butter oil to brown
- Set aside garlic when browned on one corner of hot oil
- Immediately put the chicken steaks on each plate, skin side down
- When hot plates are very hot, lower heat
- Turn the chicken over after 5 minutes or when skin side is cooked
- Serve immediately while it is still sizzling
- Sprinkle with minced fried garlic (optional)
