- 2 pt Cherry tomatoes
- 1 lrg Shallot, chopped
- 1 lrg Garlic clove, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh coriander
- 1 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
- 2 x Serrano chiles, seeded and chopped
- 2 tsp Fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Инструкции
- In a food processor, coarsely chop the tomatoes, turning the machine on and off. Don't puree. In a medium bowl, combine the minced tomatoes and their juices with the shallot, garlic, coriander, vinegar, chiles, lime juice and salt.
- Stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for at least 2 hrs to blend the flavors.
