- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 1/2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. fresh cherries

- Mix all ingredients except cherries. Mix in cherries. Place in a greased and floured square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Serve warm with lowfat milk or possibly cool all by itself.
