Add a photoThis is a really good recipe that my husband loves and he can't stop with one serving.

- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1/2 large onion Diced
- small amount of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Cilantro
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 t dried celery leaves
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup broken tortilla chips
- 1 cup sliced velveeta cheese
Инструкции
- PREHEAT skillet...then add oil
- Brown onion and Beef.
- Add spices, seasonings, add tomato sauce and cream corn. Starting with a layer of broken tortilla chips in an oiled casserole. (Use Pam if you like.)
- Add a layer of the Ground beef mixture and then cheese cubes.
- Another layer of chips. Repeat ending with ground beef mixture and cheese.
- For a crunchy top crumble extra broken chips. This is a very yummy dish that pleases kids especially.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
