- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 2 c. finely grated cheese (kraft mexican-4 cheese)
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 whl Large eggs

- Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat Large eggs, buttermilk, and oil. Add in cheese and mix well. By hand, add in dry ingredients all at once. Blend just till all is moist. Pour into a prepared 8" x 4" x 2" loaf pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 to 50 min or possibly till it tests done. Cold in pan for 10 mintues, then remove and cold completely before slicing.
