- 1 lb processed cheese
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 x (2 lb.) package frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 x white onion, minced
- 1 x (3 oz) jar real bacon bits

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In the microwave, heat cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, potatoes and onions. Spread in a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with bacon bits. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or possibly till warm and bubbly.
