- 1 pkt (2-ounce) sliced smoked beef
- 5 x Green onions and tops, sliced
- 1 dsh Worcestershire

- Soften cream cheese, add in beef and onions, working with hands if necessary.
- Add in seasonings, taste and correct seasongins. Form into a ball or possibly mold as desired. Chill before serving. Serve with crackers.
