- 16 ounce Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla chilled pie filling, your choice Vanilla wafers

- Mix first 4 ingredients with mixer. Put a vanilla wafer in cupcake liner, and spoon 1 Tbsp. of mix over wafer. Bake for 20 min at 350 degree oven. Cold. Then top with pie filling of your choice. Refrigeratetill serving time. Then take off liners.
