- 1/2 lb grnd beef, browned and liquid removed
- 3/4 c. onion
- 3/4 c. shredded carrots
- 4 c. Diced potatoes
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce Cheese, shredded
Инструкции
- Combine browned grnd beef, onion, carrots, potatoes and chicken broth. Cook till potatoes are soft. Combine butter, flour, lowfat milk, salt, pepper, lowfat sour cream and cheese in saucepan. Heat till smooth. Add in to the beef mix and heat till warm.
