Ингредиенты
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 4 t. baking powder
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
Инструкции
- In large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in the butter until particles are the size of small peas.
- Stir in cheese.
- In small bowl beat eggs until foamy; beat in sugar, then milk.
- Pour egg mixture into flour mixture; stir only until moistened.
- Transfer dough to loaf pan.
- Bake in 350° oven for 50 min. or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from pan and serve hot or cold.
