Ингредиенты
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 c. Celery
- 1 med Green pepper, minced
- 1 clv garlic
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage, bulk
- 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 16 ounce can Tomato, minced
- 16 ounce jar Spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounce package Velveeta cheese sliced
- 8 ounce package Cheese, cheddar shredded
- 16 ounce package Mostaccioli Pasta

- Saute/fry onion, celery, green pepper & garlic, set aside. Brown sausage and grnd beef in 5 quart Dutch oven. Drain fat. Addsauteed vegetables, tomatoes and spaghe tti sauce. Mix well , cook on low heat for about 15 min.
- Boil pasta until tender, drain.
- In greased 13x9 pan, layer meat sause, noodles and cheese. Repeat untill all gone, make sure top layer is cheese.
- Bake 450 uncovered for 45 min, or possibly untill cheese is melted and slightly browned.
- I usually double the batch and freeze one for later.
