- 1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 8 ounce Pasteurized process cheese, cubed
- 1 1/2 lb Powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. Cocoa
- 1/2 c. Non-fat dry lowfat milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Coarsely minced nuts

- In a large saucepan over medium heat heat butter and cheese, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Sift together sugar and cocoa; add in to cheese, mixing well. Stir in non-fat dry lowfat milk, vanilla and nuts. Turn into a 9x9x2-inch pan. Refrigeratetill hard.
- Makes 3 pounds.
