Ingredients: 2 c. flour; 1/4 c. sugar; 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 x egg separated; 1 c. buttermilk; 1 c. cheddar cheese grated; 1/4 c. onion minced; 1 Tbsp. butter

Ингредиенты

2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 x egg separated
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. cheddar cheese grated
1/4 c. onion minced
1 Tbsp. butter

Инструкции

Sift together dryingredients. Add in beaten egg yolk & lowfat milk. Quickly mix in stiffly beaten egg white & cheese. Pour into greased loaf pan or possibly round 9" casserole. Saute/fry onion in butter. Spread top with onion mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 min or possibly till top is golden brown.
