- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine - (1 stick)
- 2 Tbsp. Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 tsp Salt
- 16 x Chicken drumsticks - (abt 4 lbs)
- 1 c. Bottled blue cheese dressing

- Preheat broiler.
- Heat butter over low heat in small saucepan; stir in Tabasco sauce, ketchup and salt. Place chicken drumsticks on rack in broiling pan; brush with some Tabasco mix. Broil chicken drumsticks 10 min 7 to 9 inches from heat source. Turn and brush with remaining Tabasco mix. Broil 10 to 15 min longer or possibly till drumsticks are browned and tender.
- Serve with blue cheese dressing.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
