Add a photoI visited an Indian restaurant and they had the most refreshing iced tea, made with Chai spices. They were kind enough to tell me what they used.

- Unfortunately, they didn't tell me the quantities of each, so I've used 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 bay leaves, 12 cloves, 1 Tbsp fennel or anise seeds, 5 green cardamon pods.
- Combine these in some cheese cloth and tie with string. Add to pitcher of steeping tea.
- Remove tea bags and cheesecloth bag.
- Cool and pour over ice cubes.
