- 12 tsp Sugar
- 6 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. Water
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 2 tsp Mustard pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 bn Green onions
- 4 x Full stalks celery

- Put all above in blender or possibly processor, whizz for a while, until you get an emulsion.....et voila......fabulous on green salad, or possibly even just over a washed and shredded Romaine lettuce.
