- 6 x Garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Finely-sliced serrano chilis
- 2 c. Dry white wine (trebbiano or possibly chardonnay)
- 4 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 1 lb Maine crab meat
- 1 lb Fresh cavatelli Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Инструкции
- Bring 6 qts water to a boil and add in 2 Tbsp. salt.
- In a 12- to 14-inch saute/fry pan, saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil till lightly browned (about 2 to 3 min). Add in chilies, wine and butter and bring to boil. Add in crab meat, remove from heat and set aside.
- Boil fresh cavatelli according to package instructions and drain in colander over sink.
- Add in pasta to crab mix and return to heat. Cook till most of liquid is absorbed. Pour into hot serving bowl and serve.
- This recipe yields 4 main course servings.
