- Bring 6 qts water to a boil and add in 2 Tbsp. salt.
- In a 12- to 14-inch saute/fry pan, saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil till lightly browned (about 2 to 3 min). Add in chilies, wine and butter and bring to boil. Add in crab meat, remove from heat and set aside.
- Boil fresh cavatelli according to package instructions and drain in colander over sink.
- Add in pasta to crab mix and return to heat. Cook till most of liquid is absorbed. Pour into hot serving bowl and serve.
- This recipe yields 4 main course servings.
