- 2 Tbsp. Water**
- 1 1/2 quart Glass bowl
- 1 tsp Finely minced onion
- 1 tsp Prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. Shredded cheese
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise Horseradish to taste

- Core cauliflower in triangle shape, underneath. Wash cauliflower (**water which clings to cauliflower is adequate to cook). Put in bowl. Cook High 7 min. Prepare sauce: Drizzle on cooked cauliflower. Return to microwave and cook 1 additional minute till cheese melts and bubbles.
