Ingredients: 1/2 c. Butter; 1/2 c. Oil; 1 3/4 c. Sugar; 2 x Egg; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1/2 c. Lowfat milk, sour; 2 1/2 c. Flour; 4 Tbsp. Cocoa; 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1/2 tsp Cinnamon; 2 c. Zucchini, grated; 1/4 c. Chocolate morsels, semi-sweet

Ингредиенты

1/2 c. Butter
1/2 c. Oil
1 3/4 c. Sugar
2 x Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 c. Lowfat milk, sour
2 1/2 c. Flour
4 Tbsp. Cocoa
1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 c. Zucchini, grated
1/4 c. Chocolate morsels, semi-sweet

Инструкции

Cream first three ingredients. Add in and mix well Large eggs, vanilla and lowfat milk. Combine well in separate bowl, all dry ingredients. Add in to wet. Add in zucchini. Pour into greased and floured 9x12 pan. Sprinkle with Chocolate chips. bake at 325 for 40-45 min.
