- 1.Rub the butter till become foam.Mix the flour with vanilla sugar,and,add gentle in butter,one by one,a tablespoon,mixing gently.
- 2.Beat 2 egg whites,and,mix in composition.
- 3.In a paper corner bag,put a little composition,and,on a tray smeared with butter,lay sticks 8 cm long,with a distance between them.
- 4.Introduce tray in the oven.
- 5.When they are ready,pull them out with a knife,and put them on a plate.
- Put some icing chocolate on them.
