- 2 Tbsp. Creme de cassis or possibly Blackberry liqueur Sugar to taste

- 1. Place fruit in food processor or possibly blender. Process till smooth.
- 2. Press pureed fruit through a sieve into a bowl. Throw away seeds left in sieve.
- 3. Stir creme de cassis into sauce. Add in sugar to taste, stirring till dissolved.
- Makes 3/4 to 1 c..
