Ингредиенты

3 x Chickens, cut in servings Size pcs (1 1/2 lb ea) Salt & pepper to taste BARBECUE SAUCE
1/4 c. Salad oil
1 c. Tomato catsup
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. Water
1/2 c. Cider vinegar
1 x Onion, minced
1 x Garlic clove, finely Minced
1/4 c. A-1 Sauce

Инструкции

Cut chicken into serving size pcs. Wash and dry. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat salad oil in a heavy skillet. Brown chicken, then place in roaster or possibly large casserole. To make barbecue sauce, combine 1 catsup, Worcestershire sauce, water, cider vinegar, onion, garlic and A-1 steak sauce. Pour over chicken and cover. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or possibly till tender.
