- 10 c. Unsalted popcorn (popped)
- 2 c. Brown sugar
- 2 stk butter
- 1/2 c. Dark karo syrup
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
Инструкции
- Use a large open roaster, and fill with the popcorn. Bring sugar, 2 sticks of butter and corn syrup to a boil over med-high heat stirring constantly.
- Cook at a full rolling boil for 5 min. Start counting at full boil.
- Remove from heat and add in the tsp. of butter and the baking soda.Blend well and pour over popcorn, stir to coat. Bake@225 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min , Cold and serve.
