Ingredients: 1 x Vedalia onion minced well; 1 x Red bell pepper minced well; 1 x Egg beaten; 1/2 c. Rolled oats; 1/2 c. Ragu original pasta sauce; 2 tsp Worchestershire sauce; 1 tsp Salt; 1 1/2 lb Grnd chuck; 1/2 lb Grnd round

Ингредиенты

1 x Vedalia onion minced well
1 x Red bell pepper minced well
1 x Egg beaten
1/2 c. Rolled oats
1/2 c. Ragu original pasta sauce
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 lb Grnd chuck
1/2 lb Grnd round

Инструкции

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. shape into loaf. Place in oven preheated to 375 degrees. bake for 20 minutes. Spread ketchup and black pepper over top. continue baking till ketchup is a dark. approx 40 minutes.
Use 3 tbls ketchup, 1 tsp black pepper
NOTES : a brown beef gravy is usually served as a side. Patrons can pour over top or possibly dip fries or possibly potatoes into it. french fries and gravy is a Baltimore and Washington tradition.
