- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 x red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1/2 x yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
- 3 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 c. dry white wine Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 dsh salt (optional)
- 6 c. warm cooked capellini
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped Italian parsley
Инструкции
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the garlic and onion and saute/fry for 5 min. Add in the peppers and saute/fry for 5 min.
- Add in the crushed red pepper and wine and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 to 7 min. Season with pepper and salt and toss with the warm capellini. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
