- 2 loaves frzn bread dough
- 1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound Mozzarella (cut into cubes)
- 1/3 c. Prosciutto or possibly ham

- Defrost as per directions on package.
- Roll defrosted dough and spread lightly with extra virgin olive oil.Mix all filling ingredients. Divide in half and spread half on each calzone. Roll dough up like a jelly roll and press down on edges to seal. Brush top of calzone with oil. Lightly oil 2 cookie sheets and place calzones on sheets. Bake on 450 degrees for 20 min till tops are golden brown. Serve hot. Serves six.
