  • 40 x Cloves fresh garlic, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 can 10 3/4 ounce. ea chicken broth
  • 2 can Water
  • 1/2 c. Extra dry champagne
  • 4 slc French bread
  • 4 slc Gruyere cheese Cayenne pepper Chopped chives

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry garlic in butter for 10 min, stirring often. Don't brown. Add in broth, water, champagne and simmer 5 min. Toast bread. Ladle soup into bowls. Float bread on top of soup, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 475 degrees, uncovered, for 15 min. Sprinkle with cayenne and chives.
