- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Oil
- 2 c. Mashed bananas
- 1 can (15-ounce) crushed pineapple, with juice
- 1 c. Nuts

- Combine all ingredients by hand till well blended. Pour into large greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 min.
