Ингредиенты
- 1-2 pound scallops
- 2 T butter
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 can Del Monte Cajun tomatoes, minced
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash scallops and pat dry. Cut in small pcs, if you like. Add in lemon juice, set aside. Saute garlic in oil and butter for 1 minute. Add in mushrooms and tomatoes, cook over low heat 2-3 min. Add in basil, simmer for 5 min. Add in mix to scallops in a baking dish, top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 min.
