- 12 ounce Butterscotch morsels
- 1/3 c. Butter
- 2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. Nuts, minced
- 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 14 ounce Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium saucepan, heat butterscotch morsels and butter. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and nuts. In a greased 9x13-inch baking pan, press half of mix firmly onto bottom. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese till fluffy and add in condensed lowfat milk, egg and vanilla. Mix well and pour on top of butterscotch layer. Top with remaining butterscotch crumb mix. Bake 25-30 min. Cold to room temperature.
- Refrigeratebefore cutting into bars. Chill finished bars.
- Makes 35 bars.
