- 1 c. Selfrising flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Melted Blue Bonnet margarine, (room temperature)
- 7 lrg Large eggs

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, beat with mixer till light and fluffy. Spray tall tube pan with PAM cooking spray and bake for 45 min or possibly till brown. Let cold for 5 min then turn out on plate.
