  2. Add in zip to your burgers with this wonderful tomato relish.
  3. Saute/fry onion, bell pepper and celery in vegetable oil till onion is soft.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in ketchup and relish. Add in warm pepper sauce if you like. Store in a covered container in refrigerator.
  5. Yield: 1-1/2 c.
