Ingredients: 2 x Bell peppers, red; 4 x Pickles; 11 ounce Fleischwurst - plain meat sausage; 11 ounce Boiled ham; 14 ounce Edam cheese; 4 x Tomatoes; 10 x Stuffed olives; 3 x Large eggs, hardboiled; 8 Tbsp. Mayonnaise; 4 Tbsp. Lowfat yoghurt; 2 Tbsp. Vinegar Salt and black pepper Garlic pwdr Tabasco sauce Lettuce leaves; 1 Tbsp. Chives, sliced

Ингредиенты

2 x Bell peppers, red
4 x Pickles
11 ounce Fleischwurst - plain meat sausage
11 ounce Boiled ham
14 ounce Edam cheese
4 x Tomatoes
10 x Stuffed olives
3 x Large eggs, hardboiled
8 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. Lowfat yoghurt
2 Tbsp. Vinegar Salt and black pepper Garlic pwdr Tabasco sauce Lettuce leaves
1 Tbsp. Chives, sliced

Инструкции

Wash and dry the bell peppers, quarter them and clean them. Cut the peppers, pickles, sausage, ham and cheese in slices. Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut them in octagons and cut out the green bits. Halve the olives.
Peel the Large eggs and cut them in octagons. Mix everything together. Stir mayonnaise, lowfat yoghurt, vinegar and seasoning into a sauce. Use the large lettuce leaves to line a bowl. Mix the salad and sauce and put it on the salad leaves. Sprinkle the chives on it before serving.
