Ingredients: 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast; 2 2/3 c. bread flour; 3/4 c. whole wheat flour; 1/4 c. bulgur wheat plus; 2 Tbsp. bulgur wheat; 1/3 c. minced fresh dill (or possibly 1 1/2 tbspns dry dill weed); 1 1/2 tsp salt; 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil; 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey; 1 1/4 c. water

Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by machine's manufacturer. Process on basic cycle.
This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
Yield: 1 loaf
