- At long last...I found this in my recipe collection . It came from a published and I have never tried it. Good luck.
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine cooked rice and the egg white and mix well.
- Spray a 9 inch pie pan with non-stick vegetable spray. Spread the rice mix proportionately over bottom and sides of pan, pressing lightly with fingertips or possibly the back of a spoon to shape into a crust. Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 10 min. Fill as desired.
- Makes 8 pie-crustservings.
