- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. minced broccoli
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. processed cheese, cubed
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. Half and Half
Инструкции
- In a large saucepan, cook broccoli in water. Don't DRAIN. Add in bouillon cubes. In blender container, put lowfat milk, Half and Half, cheese cubes and flour. Blend on blender. Add in mix to broccoli. Cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat till warm and mix thickens.
